BLS CPR AED for Healthcare Providers
This course in accordance with the American Heart Association (AHA) is designed to teach the skills of CPR for adult, child and infants (including 2-rescuer scenarios and the use of the bag mask), use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), to recognize several life-threatening emergencies including stroke and cardiac arrest and to relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.

The course is video-based with instructor-led discussion and simulation. Students will participate during discussion and learn the necessary skills using hands-on practice with manikins. There are skills test during the training course and a written exam at the end of the course.
 
The course is intended for certified or non-certified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals and individuals. Some examples include nurses, aides, home care workers, EMS personnel, fire fighters, physician assistants, physicians, dentists, teachers, coaches, day care workers, restaurant workers, respiratory therapists and others who must have a credential (card) documenting successful completion of a CPR course.

Heartsaver CPR and AED
Heartsaver CPR & AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. This course in accordance with the American Heart Association (AHA) teaches the skills of CPR for adult, child, and infants (including 2-rescuer scenarios) and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
 
The course is video-based with instructor-led discussion and simulation. Students will participate during discussion and learn the necessary skills using hands-on practice with manikins. There are skills test during the training course and a written exam at the end of the course.
 
The course is intended for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory or other requirements.

Heartsaver CPR, AED and First-Aid
Heartsaver First Aid, CPR & AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives.  Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course in accordance with the American Heart Association (AHA) also teaches the skills of CPR for adult, child, and infants (including 2-rescuer scenarios) and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

Bloodborne Pathogens
The Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Course in accordance with the American Heart Association (AHA)  is designed to meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements for bloodborne pathogens training when paired with site-specific instruction. This course uses the PACT acronym (Protect, Act, Clean, Tell) and slogan, “Make a PACT, Know How to Act,” to help students learn and easily recall bloodborne pathogens training.

The Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Course was designed for anyone with a reasonable chance for occupational exposure in workplace settings such as industry and manufacturing, Fortune 1500 companies, occupational health, property management, hospitality, security, and health and fitness staff. In addition, childcare workers, school personnel, maintenance workers, tattoo artists, and state corrections facilities may be interested in the course due to additional state regulations.
